This two week Yoga Ashram retreat to South India is an opportunity of a lifetime that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and centered. Learn the deep wisdom of Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga and deepen your practice in this traditional family-run ashram set in the heart of rural Kerala.
Along with daily yoga and meditation, there will be overnight tours, trekking and wildlife watching in Idukki district, boating the backwaters, a visit to the ancient city of Madurai, a number of workshops and lectures, plus visits to Isha Yoga Foundation, the home of Sadghuru, and Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham, the home of Angela’s teacher Swami Govindananda.
Learn about Indian Culture, including a cooking workshop and how to look after your mind, body, and soul using traditional Ayurvedic principles.
