SUMMARY:Online Yoga Therapy Consultation
DESCRIPTION:In ancient times\, yoga used to be taught one-on-one. Today\, group yoga classes are a more common phenomenon. However\, if we want to assist you in the most efficient way in response to your specific needs\, we need individual yoga or in another words – yoga therapy. \nIt is the birth right of every human being to feel healthy and fulfilled. You don’t have to change your partner\, your house or the country of residence. You only need to change your attitude and restore the feeling of completion which is already within you but has been covered by layers of conscious or unconscious thoughts\, impressions and experiences. In this sense yoga therapy doesn’t mean learning but rather “unlearning” or being yourself without any preconceptions or clichés. Our nature is happiness and bliss. \nToday\, where almost everyone suffers of one or more chronic diseases is the individual approach of outmost significance. \nNEWLY we offer online Yoga Therapy consultations and practice. There are 3 categories to choose from according to your health condition and need: \n1. Consultation and Therapy (for psychosomatic disorders such as backpain\, MS\, migraine\, asthma etc.) \n2. SUMMARY:Kalari Yoga Retreat with Kuttu and Sudarsh
DESCRIPTION:Life doesn’t fit in our yogamats!! We need to extend our Yoga to the Life!! Kalariyogam is created to transform person into a level where his physical\, emotional and intellectual levels are strong and balanced \,so that he can live the very life in its intensity.\nAll his qualities will enhance not just on the yoga mat\, but on the life itself. It is a balanced combination of Hatha yoga\, ‘Kalarippayattu’ and ‘Tantra’ created by Kuttu by acquiring and seeking knowledge and suggestions from various spiritual gurus and yoga Āchāryas from India. \nHatha yoga is a yogam of stillness in pranic level\, Kalarippayattu is yogam of dynamic prana and Tantra has a perfect way to combine both these yogams and implement it in life. When these systems combined with proper understanding Kalariyogam turns into an absolute yoga system for present world. \nCourse details:\nA retreat to give a wider and clearer understanding about yoga system and to transform the practitioner to a certain level\, so that he experiences the pranic world. The retreat follows the traditional path of hatha yoga.\, using the tools from kalari and tantra to enhance the pace and to make use of it in the daily life of the practitioner. \nPractical sessions of kalariyoga Retreat are mainly designed to make the practitioner to move from ‘āsanas’ to the next level ‘prānayāma’. It is merely breathing excercises that are often being practiced in the name of prānayāma. To be able to do prānayāma one should feel the prāna in its’ totality. ‘Prānadhārana ‘( the ability to maintain total awareness on prāna) should be maintaned. This is our aim. Our lectures compose of the philosophy of Hatha yoga and other traditional yoga systems. Philosophy means the root map with clear explanation\, instruction and information of very path each practitioner is supposed to move on. Transformation is prior to the philosophy. It is direction of practice\, rather than mere intellectual information. \nDaily schedule\n6:15 herbal tea\n6:45- 7:15- meditation\n7:30- 9:30- Hatha yoga with pranadharanam\n10:00- brunch\n11:00- 12:30 – lecture class on hathayoga philosophy and kalari\, tantra spiritual philosophy\n12:45- 13:15- yoga nidra\, prana dhyana\, ayurveda lifestyle etc\n13:15 – tea and snacks\n13:30- 16:00- free time\n16:00- 18:00- Kalari Yoga practical class\n18:30- dinner\n19:30-20:30- satsang\, bhajans \, fire ceremony etc\n21:00 –  lights off \nTeachers: \nNithin (Kuttu)\nA spiritual practitioner in all aspects\nStarted learning yoga from the age of 10 from swami goraknath. Started staying in agastya sidha yoga ashram and started teaching yoga from the age of 16. Also been practicing Ayurveda during this period. \nwww.agastyashram.com \nFrom the age of 19 started traveling and teaching in different places inside and outside of India.\nLearned and practiced under many yoga and philosophy gurus)\nLearned rajayogam and tantra philosophy Learned kalarippayattu from paramu Ashan memorial kalari and also from different schools. At the age of 25 formed ‘kalari yoga’ a balanced combination of hathayoga\, kalarippayattu and thantra. And been teaching it in Moscow and India since that.\nNational champion of kalarippayattu in years 2018\, 2019. \nSudarsh\nSpiritual teacher with in-depth knowledge.\nSudarsh is a spiritual teacher with in-depth knowledge in different schools of Yoga\, Yoga Therapy\, Tantra shastra\, Mantra Yoga\, Vedanta \,Vedic chanting and Yogic diet. He was born and brought up in a traditional Brahmin family in Kerala\, South India. From childhood itself\, Sudarsh was inclined to spiritual practices and mastered tantric rituals such as pooja\, homa\, mantra shastra and vedic chanting.\nAfter finishing his graduation in English literature he decided to dedicate his life completely for learning and sharing the knowledge of Yoga and Tantra.\nFirst\, Sudarsh finished his four years of intense yoga and yoga therapy studies in a traditional Gurukula system under the guidance of Acharya Harilalji at Arsha Yoga Gurukulam www.arshayoga.org and continued his spiritual journey at Sivananda ashram (Madurai)\, the Divine Life Society (Rishikesh)\, Vippasana Meditation (Dehradun) Sivananda yoga Vidyapeethom (Kerala)\, and completed his training in Yin yoga. Sudarsh Learned and practises an effective system of yoga therapy  under the guidance of Yogacharya Chandran master who is the founder of Bodhanada yoga\, he is initiated into an auspicious system called “sreevidyasampradaya “\n(worship of mother goddess) from his Tantrik guru M.T Viswanathan considered to be the ultimate teaching in Tantra. \nReservation and payment:\nIntroductory price special!: 500€ for share accommodation (4 beds)\, 550€ for twin accommodation\nFor reservation and deposit payment details kindly contact Kuttu directly at nithinbabumb@gmail.com to pay the non-refundable deposit of 150€ through Transferwise www.transferwise.com. From our experience\, this is the safest\, fastest and cheapest way to transfer money to India. \nFor the balance payment\, please don´t rely on ATM withdrawals in India\, as ATMs are often out of order. Also international bank transfers are not secure. We have made such experience in the past. India\, in contrast to other countries\, has no IBAN. Money\, which are sent sometimes don’t reach their receiver.\nDue to all these reasons\,  please bring your balance payment in EUR/USD in cash right from your country! Thank you. \nVenue:\nArsha Yoga Gurukulam has been founded by Meera and Harilal Karanath whose aim is to make traditional Vedic knowledge and lifestyle accessible for a modern mind. Arsha Yoga Gurukulam is located in silent beach of central Kerala in Thrissur District\, where traditional knowledge of yoga\, Ayurveda and Vedanta is being impaired. \nThe Ashram provides two simple vegetarian Ayurvedic meals per day that suit the learning and practicing of yoga and two times chai and snacks. \nWe take effort to provide homegrown organic vegetables and fruits from our garden to the guests. What we eat\, we serve also. We do not use any chemical detergents such as washing powder or cleaning detergent. Our main home makers are vinegar\, baking soda and soap nuts. Even though the soil is mostly sandy\, since some time\, our garden doesn’t need any extra fertiliser\, as we use the mixture of cow dung from our Parvati and compost waste. We can proudly say\, that you cannot find such a green land anywhere along the beach stripe.\nArsha Yoga Gurukulam is a plastic free zone. Whatever plastic you bring\, please take back with you also. \nExperience authentic local living with an international family flair. \nIn respect of the local culture and in consideration of the ashram life please comply by the following ashram guidelines:\nAlcohol\, drugs\, smoking and non-vegetarian diet (meat\, fish or eggs) are prohibited during the ashram stay.\nLong pants and t-shirt covering the shoulders are required for the ashram stay. Tight fitting and transparent clothing should be  avoided.\nFor swimming\, women are requested to wear shorts down to their knees and a t-shirt covering the shoulders.\nIn respect of the local culture kindly restrain expressions of affection (like hugging or kissing) in public.\nThis is plastic FREE zone. If you bring any plastic bags or bottles with you\, please think of packing them with you when you leave\nMosquito nets\, first aid kit\, boiled water are provided and eco-friendly washing soap can be purchased from the ashram.\nBe punctual in schedule\, so that you can keep the rhythm of the ashram.\nThe gate will be locked everyday at 6 pm.\nObserve silence before morning pranayama class\, after evening satsang and during food time.  Kindly keep the lights out time which is 9:30pm. \nShoes\, and to a lesser degree\, feet\, have unclean associations. Shoes are not allowed in any of the ashram buildings\, especially in places of worship and dining. Shoes should be left neatly in the spaces provided. Avoid pointing your feet at the altar or teacher as this is considered disrespectful. \nIn India\, as the left hand is generally used for personal hygiene\, one should avoid using the left hand when interacting with others. In our Indian ashrams\, meals are served in the traditional manner by sitting on the floor and eating with the right hand. It is considered rude to offer anything or serve food etc. with the left hand. Eat\, give and receive (especially food and prasad) with your right hand.\nAll books are symbolically associated with Saraswasti – the goddess of learning and creativity. It is considered disrespectful to place the feet or sit on books.\nDo not bring any drinks or food items from outside to the ashram as this disrupts the schedule and diet suitable for ashram life. If you have any dietary requirements due to health reasons\, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.\nThe guidelines have been set up in order to maintain a pure atmosphere and make the ashram stay a true spiritual experience for its guests. \nFACILITIES: library and internet access are available outside of class timings.

DESCRIPTION:COURSE DATES: January 16 – February 13\, 2020\nIn ancient times\, yoga used to be taught one-on-one. Today\, group yoga classes are a more common phenomenon. January 2020with Shakti and Maheshwara \nThis Yin Yoga Teacher Training offers two modules and after each module students will be awarded a Arsha Yoga/Yoga Alliance 50 hour certificate. \nThe trainings are based on the anatomical principles of Paul and Suzee Grilley and each module is complete in itself\, providing you with the foundations of Yin Yoga and then specialize on a different theme\, deepening your understanding of this mindful asana-practice as well as yoga-philosophy in general. \nThe tissue in our body needs an appropriate exercise in order to stay healthy\, grow and heal. The law of our body is: use it or lose it. \nYin Yoga originated in the US and was founded by Paul Grilley. It is a soft and slow asana practice without any correct or exact form. While the connective tissue\, fascia and soft tissues of the joints are “trained“ in a specific way\, our muscles remain relaxed. The postures are held without any effort or strain. Yin Yoga has has a strengthening and regenerative effect on the tissues while the entire system enjoys deep states of relaxation. Physical restrictions disappear and energy flows. \nYin yoga positively influences the joints and myofascial structures mainly of the pelvis\, legs and spine. In this training we will specialise in the muscles of the upper body and skeletal variations of the shoulder girdle\, cervical spine\, humerus and ulnar\, which has an influence on all asanas involving the upper back\, arms and hands. We will then deeply explore the fascia as the “meridian-tissue“ and look at the Yin-Meridians of the body in theory and practice. \n  \nWhat you will learn in this training:\nIn this training we will analyse\, observe and practice all of the elements of Yin Yoga in depth. We will break down the theory and practice of Yin\, Chakras and Meridians\, Anatomy of yoga for Yin and Yang and Modern Meridian Theory as applied to Yin Yoga. The trainings are based on the philosophical and anatomical principles of Paul and Suzee Grilley. SUMMARY:Hitáhára aneb ájurvéda jako matka zdravé výživy
\nCZK 600

SUMMARY:Yin Yoga Training - Anatomical Foundations
DESCRIPTION:Dates: January 5 – 12\, 2019 \nThe tissue in our body needs an appropriate exercise in order to stay healthy\, grow and heal. The law of our body is: Use it or lose it.\nYin Yoga originated in the US and was founded by Paul Grilley. It is a soft and slow asana practice without any correct or exact form. While the connective tissue\, fascia and soft tissues of the joints are trained in a specific way\, our muscles remain relaxed. The postures are held without any effort or strain. Yin Yoga has a strengthening and regenerative effect on the tissues while the entire system enjoys deep states of relaxation. SUMMARY:Yoga Therapy Training Level 2 - Yoga Psychology
DESCRIPTION:Dates:December 1 – 12\, 2018 \nThis 12 days course offers a good understanding about the human mind and its connection with the material world\, our body and soul. It deals with the knowledge spread over many Vedic scriptures of ancient India. As the Mind itself is an instrument of endless information and knowledge\, even the Encyclopaedia Britannica would have not been sufficient in describing it and its functions. But what we can cover in 5 days is an insight into the mysteries of the mind that Rishis (the wisemen) were able to see and describe. The knowledge of mind is present in all aspects of life – yoga\, ayurveda\, music\, dance\, rituals\, economics\, social life or politics – and all such disciplines deal with the concept of mind only. This course is an attempt to collect this dissipated knowledge about mind and put it into a structure which is understandable for the modern mind. While the modern psychology starts its inquiry about the Mind from the aspect of the physical body\, the yoga psychology mentions the Soul first. The objective of this course is not to compare yoga and western psychology and point out the differences but rather to present yoga psychology as a complete functional psychological approach. Suitable for yoga teachers\, yoga therapists\, psychologists\, holistic therapists\, and healers. \n  \nCurriculum \nDaily practices \nThere will be daily asana\, pranayama\, meditation and karma yoga practices other than the lectures and course topics. \nMantra \nLearning to recite Vedic mantra and Bhagavad Gita. \nScriptures based in teaching \nThe knowledge of yoga psychology is spread into various scriptures. Some portion of the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga sutra will be taught with interpretation in the course. \nHoma and Puja \nHoma and puja will be performed by traditional Brahmin priests. \nDaily schedule: \n6:00 to 7h: pranayama and meditation (25 Min. sitting meditation\, 20 Min. walking meditation) \n7:15: Tea \n08 – 9:45h: yoga class \n10:15h: brunch \n10:45 – 11:30h seva \n13:00h tea and snacks \n14 – 16h lecture \n16 – 18h free time \n18:15h dinner \n19:30 – 21:00h meditation\, chanting or story-time \nOff Day \nThere is one day off in a week. Students are required to attend morning and evening satsangs and to complete their karma yoga duties. The rest of the day is free for their personal study and activities. A day trip may be organized on request at additional payment. \nAttendance \nAttendance at all activities is mandatory. Don’t let your likes and dislikes affect your commitent to the course. Slight changes in the program may occur. \nAssessment and Certification \nThe students are continuously assessed throughout the course at all levels. The final result will be based on internal assessment\, attendance and the final exam. \nPrerequisite \nYoga teachers\, yoga therapists\, students of Indian or western psychology\, students of Indian/Vedic culture or others with interest in Vedic psychology are eligible to attend this course. Some basic knowledge about Indian culture\, yoga or Vedic culture is an advantage\, but not mandatory\, for a better understanding of the subject. An open mind is necessary to follow this knowledge to the people who educated in modern system. \nPLEASE NOTE: The teaching and schedule will be in a traditional Indian Gurukula system which may be different from what you have learned until now. All participants should be physically and mentally fit when joining the course in order to be able to feel and experience the wisdom of the ancient science of yoga. \nFollowing the ashram rules as well as respect the local culture is mandatory. \n \nCourse donations are non-refundable\, however any unused amount may be transferred\, minus an administration fee of € 100\, to another course within one year of the original course starting date. \nArrival day: Friday\, 30 November 2018 \nStart of the course: 3pm on 1 December \nplease arrive latest by 5 pm on the 30th\, you are welcome to book your stay 1 day prior to the beginning of the course to enjoy the serene atmosphere\, get accustomed to the climate or to recover from your jet lag. SUMMARY:Jóga\, vůně a hvězdy
DESCRIPTION:Víkend na rekonstruovaném Beránkově mlýně na samotě v náruči přírody s jógou\, aromaterapií a astrologií. \nTermín: 6.-8.7.2018\, retreat začíná v pátek v 18 hodin a končí v neděli obědem \nAromaterapie a astrologie s krásnou neznámou houslistkou a mojí drahou kamarádkou Veronikou Vališovou. Astrologie jako cesta sebepoznání… Kdo jsme\, co chceme a kam chceme\, aby náš život směřoval ?\nAromaterapie může být pomocníkem\, který nám na této cestě intuitivně nabízí podporu a odvahu\, abychom tyto odpovědi hledali a nacházeli v našem nitru… \nJóga\, meditace a zpěv s krásnou a možná známější Marií Meerou Karanath. No tak uvidíme. – Veronika\n19:30 hod: meditace\, zpěv\, vyprávění o Indii – Meera a Veronika \nNeděle:\n8 hod: snídaně\n9-10 hod: tvoření vlastního aromaterapeutického parfému…:-) – Veronika\n10:30-12hod: Bojovník/Bojovnice v nás – lekce jógy inspirovaná Bhagavad Gítou – Meera\n12:30 hod: oběd a odjezd domů \nPřihlášky přes Arsha Yoga: arshayoga.org@gmail.com \nCena: 3200\,- (EARLY BIRDS 3000\,- při uhrazení zálohy 50% na účet 1515294014/3030 do 30.04.2017). Do poznámky uveďte Beránkův mlýn. \nCena ubytování zahrnuje 2 noci\, 2x večeři\, 2x snídani a 2x oběd. SUMMARY:Hlas jako nástroj k sebepoznání
DESCRIPTION:Datum: 23.6. 10-16 hod \nNa co vám budou různé teorie\, když jejich obsah opravdu neprožijete? Kdo z nás by nechtěl znít lépe?

SUMMARY:Jógová terapie - modul 1
DESCRIPTION:Modul 1: Tělo jako chrám \nTermín: 29.5.-4.6. 2018 \nVýuka bude probíhat v češtině a Hariláldžího hodiny v angličtině bez překladu. Mysl – emoce a moudrost aneb kdo z koho\n4. \nPodrobné téma jednotlivých modulů: \nModul 1\nteorie pěti kóš (pancha kosha tattva)\nádhí a vjádhí (stres a nemoc)\nmantra\násana\nspeciální techniky z jógové terapie\nstrava\nbolest zad a kolenou\nmantra dhjána (mantra meditace) \nModul 2\n4 jógové cesty s ohledem na jógovou terapii\nbahumukha bhášjam (jógová terapie jako mnohovýkladová metoda)\nčarja pradhánam (životní styl)\npránajáma\nmudra\nkríja (očistné techniky)\nsvasta vrtam (prevence z pohledu ájurvédy)\nastma\, bolesti hlavy\nsrdeční onemocnění\ncyklická relaxace\nšvasana dhjána (meditace na dech) \nModul 3\nmeditace\nBhagavad Gíta\njama\, nijama\nrelaxace\npránická relaxace\nroztroušená skleróza\, svalová dystrofie\nrakovina\nartritida\nmenstruační obtíže\nkríja – vamana dhouti\nšabdha dhjána (meditace na zvuky) \nModul 4\njógová psychologie\nkonzultace\nporadenství\nmoudrost\npsychologické obtíže\npanické ataky a deprese\nkríja – trátaka\, šanka prakšalána \nPodmínky přijetí ke studiu:\ndoklad o ukončeném učitelském kurzu jógy (stačí poslat naskenovanou kopii na e-mail studia Jógovna).
